Ready, Set, GO!
The Nordic Heritage Club is celebrating the 2008 Summer Olympics. Go Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, and of coarse USA.
We will be celebrating by having a biathlon, consisting of a, Tipspromanade and a dance. Whoever gets the most questions right in the allotted time, will be awarded a prize, and whoever can keep up with the dancing will get a prize.
Come on the opening day of the Olympics on 8.8.08

Sven was on his daily walk, and he notised a sign that says BOAT FOR SALE in Ole's yard. He walks up to Ole's house and rings the door bell. Ole opens the door and says: "Hay der Sven!" Sven replies and says: "Why is Der a Boat for sale sign in your yard when all you have is a John deer Tractor and a Lawnmower." Ole replies: "yep. and there BOAT for Sale!"
The Nordic Heritage Club will celebrate the 17th of May-Norwegian Constitution Day on May 9th at 7:30. A Norwegian film will be shown. We will be having a best joke contest, that evening. Please come with your best Ole, Lena, and Sven joke. Prizes will be awarded for the best jokes! Refreshments will be served!
